Anything would have been fine just as a good faith apology. I then asked for money off since I wasn’t getting what I reserved. Who blames the customer? I then realized the other couple was arguing about the exact same thing.
When I informed him that’s not what I reserved, he said that checkin is at 4pm and I’m checking in at 9pm and it was my fault. When I went to just opened counter, I was informed that they only have double queens. Finally another counter was opened after about 20 minutes as the line was starting to get pretty long. When checking in, the people in front of us were arguing about something and ended up having 3 employees come over to deal with them.
The rooms aren’t bad, but the service is atrocious.
